THE BOARD CONNECTION

At the January 19th Board Meeting the following were reported:

Tennis Center pool step handrail and ladder braces have been completed following negotiations with contractor.  Pool reopened last week on January 20.

Re-grouting of Lodge pool is scheduled for second week of February.

Hydrant replacement on Olds should be completed by January 28th.

The Reserve Study report has been received and is being reviewed by manager and will be presented to the board when some questions regarding process have been answered.

Members were urged to attend the annual meeting or to mail in election proxies.

ANNUAL MEETING 

On Tuesday, January 26th the Annual Meeting of members and Board election of the St. Lucie Falls POA was held at the Lodge.

Attendance was a strong 92 members, 112 proxies were received for a total 204 votes.
