About St. Lucie Falls

St Lucie Falls POA is a 55+ adult golf cart community whose Association began in 1999. It is made up of 411 homes located in western Martin County. Being a property owners association, all owners are responsible for the maintenance of their homes and lawn service. Pets are allowed, two per home, any size non-aggressive dogs, must be properly cared for.

St Lucie Falls is an active community-based association who look out for their neighbors and like to have a good time in retirement. Grandchildren under 18 years of age are welcome for 60 days per year. Compound storage for your boat or RV is available on a first come first served basis.
